Dr Shuaib Ahmed Soomro is an Alumnus of the Faculty of Management Sciences. He graduated with honors from IIUI in 2005 BBA and 2006 MBA. He received a Doctorate degree in HRM from one of the finest business schools in France and is currently working as an Assistant Professor at IBA University Sukkur.
Dr. Shuaib was an outstanding student during his academic period, no just that, he possess more than 7 years of corporate experience and has worked in various local and international organizations such as Bank Alfalah, Standard Tea Company, Peoples Primary Healthcare Initiative etc.
For the past 5 years he has been teaching at Iqra University Karachi, ILMA University and Sukkur IBA University, with field of work focused on work stress, psychological capital, employee wellbeing, burnout, organizational justice, work ethics and organizational politics.
