 1. Officer Education (Admissions), Islamabad Campus

Job Description:

1. Explain admission procedures and courses offered to prospective students and their parents through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings.

2. Support the students throughout the admission process by answering their queries and helping them to complete the required documents.

3. Maintain the target metrics by converting prospective students into confirmed admission and succeed in achieving the performance goals.

4. Review the student applications for eligibility and academic qualification.

5. Participate in the decision-making process for student admissions based on Institute’s policies and guidelines.
6. Prepares and presents different reports to the Institute’s management.
7. Participate in educational events, college fairs, information sessions, and recruitment activities as a representative of the Institute both indoor and outdoor.
8. Maintain regular communication with students, parents, colleagues, and external agencies to coordinate admission activities and resolve problems.
9. Collaborate with the program coordinators to organize presentations, information sessions, and recruitment-related activities.
10. Coordinate with other Institutes for admission activities including student registration, testing, and recruitment.
11. Build broad knowledge of the Institute's admission activities and guidelines

 

Job Specification:

MBA/ Master’s with specialization in Marketing with a minimum of 4 to 5 years experience in Education/Admissions/Marketing. 


2. Officer Job Placements & Industry Linkages-Corporate Relation Communication Department (JPIL-CRC), Islamabad Campus

Job Description:

1.      Job Placements & Industry Linkages

2.      Initiation and implementation of marketing programs, including direct mail, corporate letters, social media marketing, workshops,  advertisements, sales tools, and other initiatives.

3.      Provision of Human resources to the industry(s), more specifically for the finance department.

4.      Signing the MoUs with industry and other corporate entities.

5.      Conducting Career Counseling Sessions for the students (Existing and Prospective) regarding CMA Professional Qualification.

6.      Promotion of ICMA Pakistan as a ‘Brand’ through weekly Facebook Live session named “Meet Today’s Corporate Leader’.

7.    News write-up for the coverage, and propagation of monthly activities carried out at the Islamabad campus, also their publication in Monthly Newsletter.

Job Specification:

MBA/ Master’s with specialization in Human Resource and Marketing 3-4 year experience in Human Resource Recruitment & Selection and Corporate Relation Communication.
