As our
Charging Operation Specialist, you will be responsible for the operations and
maintenance, performance analysis and is part of team who is responsible to
ensure business continuity, address internal and external customer tickets and
monitor application and system performance. Requirements having 1-2 years of
working experience preferably in a similar environment. Can handle daily operations
support tasks in a 24/7 environment. Can resolve the Tickets within the agreed
SLA. Candidate should have good analytical and problem solving skills. Hands-on
knowledge of Linux + Sql. Candidate should have good Query writing skills;
should be able to write procedures and functions. Should have good
communication skills. Candidate should demonstrate leadership skills and should
be a team player.
